Fort Point neighborhood, Boston, MA Located in the historic Channel Center subsection of Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, the brick and beam architecture was restored in accordance with historic tax credit requirements of the National Park Service. The renovated mixed-use building consists of 77,000 square feet of creative office space as well as ground floor retail.
