Universal Window and Door provided windows for 1,030 openings for the former manufacturing complex, comprised of buildings constructed between 1898 and 1927. Universal was able to meet the exacting standards of the historic commissions by providing steel replica windows from their trademark 400 Double Hung Fixed Series and the 700 Awning Fixed Series to assist the project in qualifying for the necessary federal and state historic tax credits.

“With every one of these historic renovations that we do, there is always a sense of great pride in the town and its heritage, and all of the incredible teamwork that goes into such a big project like this,” said Brady Sullivan owner/partner, Arthur Sullivan in a statement released to the press. “We couldn’t have done it without the help of all the talented contractors and crew who worked in painstaking detail to maintain the historical integrity of the property, while transforming it into elegant living spaces that truly embody the modern lifestyle.”
