Built in 1897, the former Pocasset Worsted Mill Company was transformed into the Lofts at Pocasset Mills by Brady Sullivan Properties and Starr Development. The complex features 92 luxury apartments and won a Rhody Award for Historic Preservation, chosen by Preserve Rhode Island (PRI) and the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission (RIHPHC). Universal provided solutions to meet and the requirements if the historic entities via their 700 Steel Replica and 400 Series.
