Project Description: Originally constructed in 1941, The Levee was previously home to a screw machine production facility. The new owners transformed the buildings into a 96-unit apartment community known as Lofts on the Levee, 22,500 SF of retail and dining establishments overlooking the Saco River, and a 327-unit self-storage facility, while preserving the historic character of the former mill.
