The Pryde

Project Description: This project repurposed the William Barton Rogers School, built in 1902, into The Pryde, an apartment community of 74 LGBTQ+ affirming, affordable one- and two-bedroom units with a host of community amenities for seniors 62 and older. Multiple configurations and sizes of openings required extensive custom work. Much of the work needed to be replicated from the original window design, which had been replaced in a previous installation.
