Light Factory

Project Description: This historic building was originally home to the Incandescent Lamp Company of Canada. Constructed in 1908 in the Edwardian Classicism style, it was one of the first factories to manufacture electric light bulbs. The building was transformed from industrial uses to office suites in 2025 and is now known as the Light Factory. The new owner’s mission was to preserve the original multi-pane window style while respecting its historical significance.
