Universal Window Welcomes Morrissey as New Customer Service Specialist

Marlborough, MA – January 14th, 2017 – Universal Window and Door, a leading manufacturer of custom window solutions for commercial construction projects, has named Carol Morrissey to lead its customer service team. In her role as customer service specialist, Carol will handle communications and order confirmations, and balance customer needs with schedules of the production and shipping departments. She will also act as a liaison between the sales and manufacturing teams.

Carol comes to Universal with over 20 years of experience in customer service and operations, having worked with Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry. She excelled in both startup and turnaround management roles, leading multiple stores to become top performers in both sales and customer satisfaction within their regions. Prior to her retail experience, Carol served in the U.S military as a Russian linguist, including a three year stint with the National Security Agency. Carol also has extensive hands-on experience in construction, having served as a crane operator, rigger, and signalman early in her military career.
