Project Description: Built by Dan River Inc. in 1920, the iconic five-story, 550,000-square-foot building was designed in a simplified Gothic Revival architectural style by Lockwood, Greene & Company. The mill was transformed into a mixed-use development featuring 150 apartment units, retail space, and 147,000 square feet of office space.
